FAQ

Common support questions

How do I log a match I attended?

Open Footbeen, tap the + button on the home screen, search for the match by club, league, or date, then tap I was there. The match joins your diary and the stadium lights up on your map.

Can I log matches from years ago?

Yes. Footbeen's catalogue goes back to 2010 across 176 leagues, so you can retrospectively log any match you attended — from this season's away day to a cup final from a decade ago.

How do I change my favourite club?

Tap Profile, then your club crest at the top. Search for a new club and confirm. Your match history stays; only the My Club tab updates.

A match I attended isn't in the catalogue. What do I do?

Email [email protected] with the date, teams, and competition. If it belongs to one of the 176 leagues we cover, we'll add it. Lower-league and non-league fixtures outside those 176 leagues are not in the catalogue yet.

How do I export my data?

Data export is on the roadmap. In the meantime, email [email protected] and we'll send your match history as a CSV.

How do I delete my account?

Tap Profile → Settings → Delete account. All your data is removed permanently. If you prefer we handle it, email [email protected].

Why doesn't a specific stadium show on my map?

Stadium pins only appear once you've logged at least one match at that ground. Log the match and the pin lights up immediately. If a stadium is missing geo-coordinates, email [email protected] with the stadium name.

Is Footbeen available in my country?

Yes, Footbeen is available worldwide on the App Store and Google Play. Our catalogue covers 176 leagues across Europe, the Americas, and beyond — if you follow a supported league, you can use the app.

How do I report a bug?

Email [email protected] with the device (iPhone/Android), OS version, and a description of what you expected versus what happened. Screenshots help. We typically respond within 24 hours.
