Switch from Futbology to Footbeen

Import your entire match history in 2 minutes. No data lost. Keep using Futbology if you want — your data stays in both apps.

  1. Open Stats in Futbology

Open the Futbology app and go to your Stats page.

  2. Press "All my matches"

Scroll down and tap All my matches to see your full match history.

  3. Tap "Export" in the top right

You'll see an Export button in the top right corner. Tap it — Futbology will generate a CSV file and open a share sheet.

  4. Save the file

Mail the CSV to yourself or save it to Files. The file uses : as separator and can be opened in Excel. You'll need this file for the next step.

  5. Open Footbeen → Import

In Footbeen, go to Settings → Import Matches → Futbology. Upload your CSV file or paste the contents. We'll match your matches with our database of 472,000+ fixtures.

FAQ

How long does the import take?

Usually under 30 seconds, even for hundreds of matches. The import runs on our servers so your phone stays responsive.

Will all my matches be imported?

We match against our database of 472,000+ fixtures across 271 leagues. Top-flight and major leagues have near-perfect coverage. Lower league and very old matches may not be in our database yet — we'll show you which ones couldn't be matched.

Can I import again later?

Yes! Duplicates are automatically skipped. If we add new leagues or fixtures, previously unmatched games may import successfully on a second try.

Do I need to delete Futbology?

No. Your data stays in Futbology too. Use both apps if you like — Footbeen just gives you a richer way to relive your football journey.

What format does the Futbology export use?

Futbology exports a CSV file with colon (:) as the separator character between columns: date, stadium, home team, away team, scores, attendance, and league. Footbeen reads this format natively — just upload or paste the contents.

Can I import from other apps?

Yes! We support TheFans CSV, myGrounds export, and any generic CSV file. You can also paste match lists from your notes directly. Go to Settings → Import Matches.
